Chlorophyllin:

It is a type of powder or a deep green color liquid that comes from the natural clorofila. It is obtained from the extraction of the green pigment of natural plantations.

From the extraction, it is obtained a dark greenish viscous that can be diluted with water and partially in ethyl alcohol and is miscible in oil, which is ideal for emulsified food with a large percentage of grease in it. After that process the pigments become powder.

It is also used to stain or paint vegetables that lose their colors because after they go through a process of cook. It is also used to stain candied fruity and in some other kind of pastry process.
This product is also used in industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceutical, alimentary and textile.
